The programme is designed to: provide graduates with knowledge and skills that will enable them to identify and solve problems related to enhancement of food safety and quality; provide graduates with practical  skills to enable them develop, implement and audit a food safety management systems; develop human resources who will facilitate production of safe foods and enhance domestic and international market access.

Food  Microbiology and  Parasitology,  Animal  Production  and  Food  Safety, Food Chemistry, Food Processing, Preservation and Safety, Food Hygiene and Sanitation, Hazards in Foods, Crop Production and Food Safety, Risk Analysis, Applied Statistics, Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, Computer Applications, Research Methods and Project Development, Epidemiology and Food Quality Monitoring and  Surveillance,  Food Safety Policy, Standards and Laws, Economic of what is zoloft used for. #Zoloft reviews. zoloft reviews for anxiety. Learning outcomes:

(i) Identifying and solving problems related to enhancement of food safety and quality. (ii) Developing, implementing and auditing food safety management systems. (v) Using relevant tools and information to advocate for food safety aud quality actions and to influence policies.
