Objectives:
The programme is designed to: provide graduates with knowledge and skills that will enable them to identify and solve problems related to enhancement of food safety and quality; provide graduates with practical skills to enable them develop, implement and audit a food safety management systems; develop human resources who will facilitate production of safe foods and enhance domestic and international market access.
